Typing practice log
Twelve practice days on one page: the date, what they practiced, for how long, their speed and their accuracy, with a goal at the top and a star to color for every day. For home, homeschool or a class.
Prints on Letter or A4. Print as many as you need, for home or class.
How to use it
- Set the goal together: a few words per minute above today’s score, not a round number from somewhere else.
- Take the speed and accuracy from the same test each time, so the numbers compare. The free typing test gives both in sixty seconds.
- Short and often: ten minutes on four days beats an hour on one.
- A grown-up initials each row. It is not about checking; it is a reason to sit down for a minute and look.
- When the page is full, the certificate is waiting.
With the games
Turbo Type (ages 8–12, free) races the same two numbers on true facts, and Sentence Dash (6–8, Family Plus) keeps a daily record on the parent dashboard: this log, kept for you. In a class, a teacher’s class link runs the typing test for everyone at once, with no student accounts.
