Color Flip is a one-button color-match reflex game where your glowing ball climbs through a stream of striped gates. Each gate is a bar of five colored segments, and the segment on your dashed center lane is the color you must be wearing to slip through. Tap anywhere to flip the ball through its four colors — pink, blue, yellow, then green — and time the flip before the gate arrives. Pass a gate for +1; touch one in the wrong color and the run ends. It's free, plays in any browser on phone, tablet, or desktop, and needs no download.
How to play Color Flip
Tap the screen, press Space / ↑ / F, or hit the Flip button to cycle your ball through 4 colors (pink → blue → yellow → green). Each scrolling gate's middle segment — the one on your dashed lane — is the color you must be before you touch it. +1 per gate; it speeds up every 8 gates.
Tips & tricks
- Read the middle segment of the NEXT gate the moment you clear one — you can need up to three taps to cycle to the right color, so start flipping early instead of waiting until the gate is on top of you.
- Memorize the fixed color order — pink → blue → yellow → green, wrapping back to pink — shown in the legend at the bottom of the screen; knowing exactly how many taps you need turns a panic into a rhythm.
- Every 8 gates the level rises and the gates come faster and closer together, so bank the easy early points cleanly and stay extra calm right after the level-up chime — that's where most runs end.
