Splat Launch — a free online arcade game on TotType

Splat Launch is an original slingshot physics game where you drag back a giant rubber band, fling a wobbling goo blob across the field, and watch it demolish a stack of crates. Perched on top of — and hidden inside — those towers are goo-monsters, and clearing a level means popping every last one of them. The structures are real physics: legs snap, beams drop, whole storeys lean and then topple, and a falling stone block squashes any monster caught underneath, so the best shot is often the one that brings the tower down rather than the one that hits a monster directly. You get four blobs a level and bank a fat bonus for each one you never had to use, across eight levels that grow taller, stonier and trickier. Free, playable in any browser on phone, tablet, or desktop, with no download.

How to play Splat Launch

Drag BACK from the slingshot and release to set angle and power — a dotted line previews the arc. Smash the crate towers and pop every goo-monster before you run out of blobs. Keyboard: ↑↓ aim, ←→ power, Space to launch. 8 levels, each taller and tougher.

Tips & tricks

  • Aim at the legs, not the monsters — knocking out a ground-floor support drops the whole tower, and a falling block crushes every goo-monster it lands on for free.
  • Read the dotted arc before you let go: it is the exact path the blob will fly, so nudge the pull a few pixels until the dots pass through the weak spot instead of guessing at the power meter.
  • Save your blobs. Each one you finish a level without firing is worth 250 points — far more than the 40 you get for smashing a single crate — so one clean collapse beats four scrappy hits.

Frequently asked questions

How do you play Splat Launch?

Drag back from the slingshot with your finger or mouse and release to fling a goo blob — the further back you pull, the more power you get, and a dotted line previews the arc. On a keyboard, use ↑ and ↓ to change the angle, ← and → to change the power, and Space to launch. Pop every goo-monster in the level before you run out of blobs.

How does scoring work in Splat Launch?

Each goo-monster you pop is worth 500 points and every block you destroy is worth 40. Clearing a level adds a 300-point bonus plus 250 for each blob you had left over, so finishing a level in one or two well-aimed shots scores far more than grinding through all four.

Is Splat Launch free to play on my phone?

Yes — Splat Launch is completely free and fully touch-playable in any modern browser on a phone or tablet: drag on the play area to aim and release to fire, with no download needed. A quick free account saves your scores, and ads never interrupt a game in progress.
