Tips & tricks
- Ice asteroids are worth double points but move much faster than stone, so prioritize them when you can safely target them for a big score boost.
- Metal rocks drop power-ups far more often than stone or ice, so break them open when you need a shield or an extra life—and shoot the UFO when it shows up, because it always drops one.
- Grab the spread-shot power-up (purple S) to fire three-way bursts that cover more screen at once, making it much easier to clear dense waves and chain hits.

How do you score in Astro Blast?
Destroy asteroids to earn points—small rocks are 100 points, medium 50, and large 20. Ice asteroids are worth double, and metal asteroids earn 1.5x. Shoot down the hunting UFO for 300 bonus points.
What are the power-ups in Astro Blast and what do they do?
Four power-ups drop at random from destroyed asteroids (more often from metal, and always from the UFO): Rapid makes your shots fire nearly three times faster, Spread fires three bullets at once, Shield gives you a one-hit barrier, and extra Life grants an additional life.
