Tips & tricks
- Tap early and tap often to stay floating mid-screen, which gives you the best reaction time to spot oncoming gaps.
- Grab the glowing power-up tokens (shield, slow, shrink) that appear between the pipes from Level 2—they flip the odds in your favor.
- Every 8 pipes you level up: the pipes speed up and the gaps narrow a little, so stay calm right after the level-up chime and focus on the gap shape.

Three power-ups appear as glowing tokens between the pipes from Level 2 onwards: Shield lets you survive one hit, Slow makes the pipes crawl for a few seconds, and Shrink shrinks your bird for about 6 seconds so you can squeeze through tighter spots.
Can I play Flap online with friends?
Yes. Open Flap and choose Play online to join everyone playing it right now: up to 4 players a round, all starting together, and the highest score wins. When nobody else is on, computer players marked as bots hold the empty seats, and a real player always takes a bot's place.
